It’s vegan AND gluten-free*! — TOOLS AND INGREDIENTS: 1 large pot 1 9×13 pyrex 1 red spatula 2/3 cup brown rice syrup 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup ground flax seeds 6 cups puffed brown rice *If you want it to be Gluten-Free, make sure to check with the ingredients you buy! — STEP 1: Put sunflower seed butter and brown rice syrup in a pot. Put on medium heat until melted. STEP 2: Add all ingredients and incorporate well. STEP 3: Pour into the pyrex and smush it down really well so it holds together. STEP 4: Let sit for 10 minutes or until cool. STEP 5: Cut to whatever size you want and enjoy.
