The Watermelon PRO Bonus Bike was the first Sunday Bonus Bike in the PRO level. This bike released in June of 2011 and the limited batch of 125 were gone from the Full Factory warehouse with in a matter of a few months.  The demand for this bike continued to grow as supplies dwindled at IBD’s and mail orders alike across the country.  The few shops who were good at predicting the future decided to save the bikes for the holiday season.  Because the bikes had been sold out everywhere and could not be found, parents all across the country were in a desperate search for a bike that seemed to be gone forever.  The demand grew so large that the few smart shops who saved their Watermelon PROs for only a few months now were able to charge 50% higher than the retail price!  Thats right, some shops were able to sell the normally priced $775 Watermelon PRO for $1,500.
