Odyssey‘s newest peg is in stock and shipping now! The Rifle Peg is internally spiral bored, like a rifle barrel. The pegs are also constructed from ultra-light 7075-T6 aluminum. As an avid peg fan, I was very excited when I got the opportunity to try 4 of these pegs on my bike.

Lets take a closer look at the Fairdale 700c single speeds. Taj has been taking a few around to all of the local shops here in Austin and the response from the mechanics and sales guys alike have been really great. The first thing that people see and talk about on the bike is the seat. A genuine Selle Italia Turbo saddle comes stock on both the Parser and the Parser Express. Everyone is also really psyched on all of the SRAM components that come on the bike. The Parser Express features SRAM 500 high end single speed levers as well as SRAM’s 2 piece track crank with outboard bottom bracket. The Parser features Odyssey Monolevers on a flat bar with just a bit of up sweep and back sweep for a comfortable riding position. Both bikes come with puncture resistant Continental tires (you ever see the thorns in Texas?). Both bikes are also drilled with rack and fender mounts for all of your commuting needs.
